The Nokia N97 is a touch-screen cellphone by Nokia released in 2009. The phone features a slide-out keyboard with a tilt-up screen. Sometimes phones need to be reset for various reasons, such as a software glitch or hardware problem. A soft reset will clear all user data, while a hard reset will clear all user data and applications.
