Troubleshoot Bluetooth Pairings With The Lg Dare

The LG Dare boasts Bluetooth 2.1 compatibility with EDR, or Enhanced Data Rate, which means it is able to wirelessly connect to a host of other devices, including headsets, hands-free speakers and Bluetooth-enabled computers and printers. The Dare also supports the Advanced Audio Distribution Profile, which allows it to transmit two-way audio in stereo via Bluetooth. Occasionally, problems may arise with the connection between the Dare and another Bluetooth device, requiring you to delete the connection and pair the devices again.

Instructions

1. Ensure that the device you are attempting to pair is compatible with the Bluetooth standard used in the LG Dare. Pertinent information can be found in your device's instruction manual.

2. Check your Dare for existing connections. Open the phone's main menu, select "Settings & Tools" and tap "Bluetooth Menu." If any connections are shown, tap them and select "Remove Device."

3. Attempt to pair the devices again.

4. If the devices do not pair properly, attempt to pair your Dare with another Bluetooth device. If your Dare is not able to connect to any device, it may need to be repaired.
