Missing Sync allows you to connects a variety of PDAs, cell phones and other mobile devices to your Apple Macintosh. Once synced, you will be able to seamlessly transfer photos, contacts and email from your mobile device to your Macintosh. Remove Missing Sync by first deauthorizing it on your device and then uninstalling it from your Mac.
Instructions
1. Open the Missing Sync application.
2. Click "Deauthorize Computer" from the main menu. Verify that your computer is connected to the Internet and click "Yes" to deauthorize your computer.
3. Locate the uninstaller for your version of Missing Sync on your Mac's hard drive. Use the version that corresponds to the mobile device you used Missing Sync with. The uninstallers will be found in the "Applications" folder. Search for "Missing Sync for "your mobile device"/Uninstaller.app" and replace "your mobile device" with the device in question. For example, use "Missing Sync for Windows Mobile/Uninstaller.app" if you are searching for the Windows Mobile uninstaller.
4. Double-click the uninstaller to remove Missing Sync from your Mac. Follow all prompts to complete uninstall.
