Yahoo Messenger allows you to make calls to other people through a technology called Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). Yahoo voice chat is only available for Blackberry and iPhone owners. Other cell phone owners can only use this application for SMS and text-chat. You can easily download Yahoo Messenger on the phone and then use it to make free phone calls to people with Yahoo messenger on their phones or computers.
Instructions
1. Click the first link in References. Enter your phone number in the purple box on the right side of the page.
2. Click on "Send a link to my Phone."
3. Open the link on the phone and select "Download."
4. Find and open Yahoo Messenger in the applications folder of your phone.
5. Add a contact on the messenger to make a phone call. You can search for the person's user name and select "Add" to add this user to your contact list.
6. Select a contact and click "Call" to connect the phone call with him.
