Contact Skype
Skype is a web-based calling company that lets you talk to other users. If the other person has a Skype account also, you both can talk for free. If you are calling a land line or cellphone, there are some charges involved. Some people even use call forwarding so that when your Skype number is called, Skype forwards the call to your cellphone. If you have any questions that need to be answered by Skype, use the contact request form on its web page.
Instructions
1. Go to the Skype Support website (see resources). Here you can fill out a contact request form. Specify the general nature of the problem and the specific problem category from the drop down menu provided.
2. Write the subject and overall Skype request. This is the surest way to contact Skype and have any problems resolved. As of December 2009, there is no official phone contact listed for Skype.
3. Write the official headquarters for legal or more pressing contact needs. The address is:
