One of the most popular cell phone next to the iPhone is the RAZR. It has a sleek look and compact size combined with great capabilities. You can customize the features and appearances of the phone by linking to other phones, computers and the Internet. Change the background of your display with a few simple steps.
Instructions
1. Open your phone and turn it on.
2. Press the center round key on the upper part of the keypad. This button takes you to the graphical menu screen. From this screen, you can access the pictures that you have taken, videos that you have recorded, games that you have loaded and all the set-up functions.
3. Select the "Tools" icon by using the directional arrow keys that surround the central round button. Once the cursor is resting on the "Tools" icon, press the round key again. This will take you to the "Settings" menu. Select the second item by pressing the down arrow key twice and then pressing the round button. You are now on the "Personalize" menu.
4. Move down the list of items until you reach "Wallpaper" and press the round button again. There are two options that you have to set. The first chooses the picture and the second selects how you want the picture displayed on the screen.
5. Select the first option, "Picture." Use the right hand selection key to change the picture. When you press the down arrow key, it will cycle through all the pictures that you have on your phone to choose wallpaper from. Go to the one that you want to be the new wallpaper and then press the select key.
6. Move down to the "Layout" option with the down arrow key. By pressing the select key you have the option to set the picture as center, tile or fit to screen layout. Center places one copy of the picture at the very center of the screen and the surrounding area is black. The tile selection will place the picture in the top left point of the screen and when you reach the edge of the picture it will place another copy of the picture until the horizontal direction has reached its last pixel. The same thing happens at the bottom of the picture. The final choice is to fit the picture to the screen size. Whichever one you select will finish the changing of wallpaper on the RAZR phone.
