You'll need a screwdriver to remove the Nokia N95 screen.
The Nokia N95 is a cellular phone with a front screen that retracts to reveal a keypad. Because there are exterior moving parts on this phone, you may be intimidated at the thought of any kind of screen removal or repair. But since the LCD screen is located on the front of the phone, there is very little disassemble if you need to remove it. And the whole process can be completed in just a couple minutes.
Instructions
1. Turn your N95 off, turn it over and slide the back battery cover down and off the unit. Remove the battery and set it aside.
2. Pull the sliding front half of the unit down to reveal two screws on the back of it. Remove the screws.
3. Move the slider all the way up to expose two more screws on the rear of the top of the slider. Remove the screws.
4. Turn the unit right-side up and run your finger along the seam where the top plastic frame meets the front phone screen. Pop the cover off to remove it.
5. Lift the keypad up and place it face down over the lower half of the unit to expose the orange screen cable connected just below the screen.
6. Unplug the screen cable from its port on the phone and remove the screen.
