Pair My Jabra Bt160 Bluetooth To My Phone

The Jabra BT160 Bluetooh headset is compatible with most Bluetooth enabled phones, allowing you hands-free use of your phone's call functions. To use your Jabra headset and phone together, you'll first need to connect them by pairing. Pairing is a one-time process that takes just a few moments. Your phone stores the settings you enter. Charge your headset completely before you attempt to pair your devices.

Instructions

1. Open the main menu and select "Settings," then "Bluetooth." Choose "On" to turn Bluetooth on.

2. Press the headset's "Answer/End" button -- located on the front of the device -- to turn it on.

3. Simultaneously press the headset's "Answer/End" button and "+" (volume up) button. Release the buttons when the indicator light remains steadily lit in blue. The headset is now in pairing mode.

4. Choose "Add New" or "Discover" from your phone. Wait for the phone to locate your headset.

5. Select "BT160" from the list that appears.

6. Enter "0000" when prompted for a passkey. Press "OK." Your phone and headset are now paired and will connect automatically.
