Finding an unlisted cell phone number is possible by doing a bit of research, and it can be done for free.
Instructions
1. Speak to mutual friends to find out whether they have recent information on the person you are trying to contact. It is possible that the person asked someone to pass the new information on to you.
2. Call any numbers that you might have for the person. Sometimes the new owner of the number will be able to give you the person's current information, if they have been authorized to do so.
3. Conduct a web search for the person you are trying to contact. Although the number is unlisted, you can search the person's name and last known location. This can generate information for the individual and the cell phone number might be listed.
