Send Music Files To A Nokia 6085

The Nokia 6085 phone comes with a music player and radio. With the radio, you can listen to sports, talk and music stations in your area. When you want to listen to your favorite tunes, you will need to download them to your phone. Since your Nokia phone comes with a microSD card, you can transfer song files from your computer to your device. The transfer is easier than you may think.

Instructions

1. Download music files in the appropriate format for your Nokia phone. The music player plays MP3, MP4, WMA, AAC, AAC+ or eAAC+ files. Use audio conversion software to convert your files in the appropriate format.

2. Turn off your Nokia 6085 phone. Remove the microSD card from the memory slot, located on the right side of the phone.

3. Insert the microSD card into the microSD card reader. Plug the reader into an available USB port on your computer. Your computer will recognize and install the reader's drivers.

4. Click "Start" and "Computer." Double-click your Nokia folder. This is where you will transfer the music files.

5. Open the folder that contains your music files. Drag the files out of the folder and into the Nokia folder. A message will indicate how long the transfer will complete. Once the box closes, you can remove the microSD card reader from your computer.
