Unlock your iPAQ with two codes.
The HP iPAQ is a cell phone/PDA that allows users to connect to their computer and transfer documents and contact information. Entering a wrong unlock code in the device locks users out until they get the correct code from their cell phone provider. If you're locked out, contact your provider to get the unlock code.
Instructions
1. Turn the iPAQ on and then type "#06#" in the keypad. This opens the phone menu and gives you the IMEI code. Write this code down.
2. Call your service provider and tell a represtentative that you have been locked out of your phone. Give the rep the IMEI code and wait for the unlock code.
3. Turn the phone over and open the battery compartment. Remove the small SIM card from under the battery and the write down the PIN code that is printed on the side of the SIM card.
4. Replace the battery and turn the iPAQ back on. Enter your PIN when prompted on the screen. Enter your unlock code when prompted on the screen to unlock your iPAQ.
