Connect A Bluetooth With A Samsung Phone

Connecting a Bluetooth device to your Samsung phone is easy.

A Bluetooth headset or speakerphone can enable you to make and receive hands-free calls on your mobile phone. If you have a Samsung phone, connecting a Bluetooth-enabled device to the phone is fairly simple to do and can be done in just a few minutes.

Instructions

1. Power on your headset, speakerphone or other Bluetooth device and place it near your mobile phone.

2. Press the menu button on your phone and then select "Settings and Tools" from the available options.

3. From the settings menu, select "Bluetooth" from the available options, and then select "Add a new device" from the available options.

4. Select "All devices" when prompted. You phone will now search for all of the Bluetooth-enabled devices powered on near it.

5. Select the Bluetooth device you would like to connect to your phone from the options that appear. When prompted, enter the passkey for that device. The passkey is a series of letters and numbers that will typically be printed on a sticker attached to a headset or speakerphone, or included in the instruction book for other devices.

6. Select "Yes" when your phone asks if you are sure you would like to connect to the device, and then start using your Samsung phone and Bluetooth device.
