Unlock Flashed Samsung A930

Unlocking a Cell Phone

The Samsung A930 is a flip phone designed for the Verizon Wireless network. The phone has a built-in security system that allows you to lock the keypad to prevent others from using it. When the keypad is locked, you can still dial emergency numbers, but you cannot answer incoming calls, make other phone calls, listen to voice messages or read text messages. You may want to lock the keypad before you put it in a purse, pocket or briefcase to avoid "pocket dialing." This is when the phone dials numbers automatically without the owner knowing.

Instructions

1. Flip open the Samsung A930 phone so the keypad is visible.

2. Press the key in the upper right-hand corner of the keypad to unlock the phone. This is commonly referred to as the soft key in the user manual.

3. Enter the lock code. The default lock code is set by the cell phone provider. It is either 0000 or the last four digits of your cell phone number. Entering the correct code will automatically unlock the Samsung A930.
