If you have multiple phones for both work and pleasure, it will be useful to keep the devices in sync with one another. While there is not a direct connection you can perform between the two devices, both have one form of syncing in common. Both Nokia, via the Nokia Ovi Suite; and BlackBerry, via the BlackBerry Desktop Software, will sync with Microsoft Outlook. This allows you to keep the devices paired via Microsoft Outlook.
Instructions
Nokia
1. Connect your Nokia via USB to your computer. Launch "Nokia Ovi Suite" from the "Start" menu.
2. Click "Tools," then "Options," if you haven't set this up yet. Choose each option you wish to sync. Click "Microsoft Outlook" from the list of options. Click "OK."
3. Click "Sync," then "Sync Now" then "Sync All."
BlackBerry
4. Connect your BlackBerry into your computer via USB. The BlackBerry Desktop Software will open.
5. Click "Organizer" and then "Configure" if you have not set up the sync yet. Choose each attribute that you wish to sync and click "Setup." Click "Microsoft Outlook" for each program.
6. Click "Sync."
