Retrieve Cell Phone Calls

Retrieving cell phone calls is easy to do.

Retrieving cell phone calls is easy to learn, but you need to have voice mailbox capabilities to receive your calls. Talk to your cell phone service provider to set up a voice mailbox for you and choose a password. If you are busy or away from your cell phone and cannot answer, your voice mail will answer and save the message. You can then retrieve your messages whenever it is convenient for you to do so.

Instructions

1. Dial your cell phone number from your cell phone or a landline. When the voice mail greeting picks up, press the pound key (#) to interrupt the greeting. Key in your pass code if prompted. Your voice mail messages will begin to play.

2. Locate the voice mail icon on your touch screen phone. Touch the icon to directly call your voice mail. If you are prompted to enter your pass code, do so. Listen to your messages. The icon may vary from provider to provider.

3. Scroll to the voice mail icon on the applications panel of your handheld device. Select the icon with your stylus or by pressing the select button on your device to call your voice mail directly. Enter your pass code if necessary, and proceed to listen to your messages.
