Update Adobe Flash Player To A Droid Phone

Update the Adobe Flash Player software on your Android smartphone.

Android phones and tablets running Android version 2.2 and higher can use Adobe Flash Player to view Flash video and websites. Flash is a widely-used standard, so it's important to keep it updated for security reasons. New versions may also improve playback, battery performance, or free up more storage on your phone. To update Flash, you need to open the Android Market application and begin the update process. If you have not downloaded Adobe Flash player, you can download the latest version.

Instructions

1. Turn on your phone and unlock the screen. Press the "HOME" button. Tap the application drawer, then "Market."

2. Press "MENU," then "My Apps." Scroll through the list until you find "Flash Player," then tap the entry.

3. Tap "Update." Tap "OK." Wait for the program to download and install (it's a large file, so this could take a few minutes.) Your phone's web browser can now display Flash content.
