Enable a Bluetooth LG Cg225
The LG CG225 is a popular cell phone available through many wireless providers. While the flip phone isn't as flashy as many PDAs or smart phones, it comes with some important features, including the ability to use Bluetooth devices. Bluetooth devices are wireless headsets or earphones which can be used with the cell phone. With Bluetooth, users can place and receive calls without placing the phone to the ear. Here's how you can enable the phone for Bluetooth device use:
Instructions
1. Power on the LG CG225 and the Bluetooth device.
2. Press the "Menu" button on the phone (the upper left button), bringing up a new page with multiple options from which to choose.
3. Select "Device," followed by "Bluetooth." The phone will scan its range for available Bluetooth devices. Select the device you've provided from the list the phone generates.
4. Type in the serial key number for the device. This number is unique to your Bluetooth device so it can connect to the phone without interference from other Bluetooth-enabled objects. Find the number in the owner's manual of the device. Once the code has been typed in and accepted by the phone, the phone and Bluetooth device are synchronized and the device enabled and ready for use.
