The Nokia 6555 is a compact, flip cell phone which offers an mp3 player and 3G technology. Made by the Finnish company that is a leading producer of cell phones, the Nokia 6555 phone comes with a standard number keyboard instead of a qwerty, or full letter, keyboard. Sending a text message takes a little practice with this compact phone, but after a few minutes you will be sure to have the technique down.
Instructions
1. Click on "Menu" from the main screen of your phone. You can also push the right arrow button to scroll through the available phone options until you find the option to send a text message.
2. Click on "Send a Text Message."
3. Choose a contact or type a number to send the text message to.
4. Type your text message. Each number contains three letters listed directly under the number. To type your text message, press the number of the letter you wish to type until your letter appears on the screen. It may be necessary to push the number up to three times to get to the letter you need. Press the # key for a space in your text.
5. Click the "SEND" button.
