Work An Iqua Bluetooth

Iqua produces several models of Bluetooth headsets.

Iqua produces a number of headset devices using Bluetooth technology, from the SUN headset that gains power from solar energy to the Iqua Touch, which uses a touch-sensitive exterior. Iqua headsets can connect to any device with a Bluetooth receiver, including phones, computers and game consoles. Though the anatomy of each Iqua headset differs slightly, the procedure to connect and use the device remains similar across model lines.

Instructions

1. Ensure the device you wish to connect to the Iqua headset is powered on and has Bluetooth-enabled. If the device is a mobile phone, the Bluetooth power options can be found in the device's settings menu. On a computer, modify the Bluetooth settings from the Windows Control Panel or the OS X System Preferences menu for Mac users.

2. Press the multifunction button on the Iqua headset and hold it to turn the device on. The multifunction button is placed differently on each model, but it is usually the only button other than the volume controls. A red or blue light will activate or flash to signal that the device has turned on.

3. Press and hold the multifunction button again to turn the device off. The state is signaled by a red or blue flashing light.

4. Place the device in pairing mode. Iqua Blade, Touch and Slim devices must be powered off to enter pairing mode, while SUN, Clip and Sense device must be powered on. On a Sense, Touch, Clip or Slim device, press and hold the multifunction button until the blue light remains on, or flashes continuously. For a Blade device, hold the multifunction button until blue and red lights flash alternately. On a SUN model, hold both volume buttons, until blue and red lights flash alternately.

5. Search for the Iqua headset from the connecting device and select it for connection. This procedure varies depending on the device. See the product's user manual for specific connection information.

6. Enter the pairing code when prompted. All Iqua devices us "0000" as the pairing code. This code cannot be changed. The device will initiate the connection. While connected, the blue light on the headset will flash periodically. If the same connection is available, the headset will automatically pair with the device when next turned on.
