Memory cannot be added to an iTouch.
You already filled up your shiny new iTouch with all kinds of applications and music files, and now the memory is filling up! Can you add more memory capacity?
Specifications
The Apple iTouch comes with a flash memory drive. There are three different models based on the memory sizes---8GB, 32GB and 64GB. There are also some older versions that have a 16GB capacity.
Memory Expansion
Unfortunately, the iTouch does not have any type of memory expansion available. Unlike similar devices, on the iTouch, there is no option of adding an external memory card.
Alternatives
Since you cannot add any more memory to the iTouch, there are a couple of ways you can free up space. First, look through and see if there are any applications you do not use and delete them. Second, store all of your music on your computer and only put songs on your iTouch that you currently want to play.
