Remove Voice Mail As Speed Dial 1 On A New Motorola V750

It's not difficult to remove speed dial 1 on your Motorola V750.


For some people the cell phone has replaced the traditional land line. For others, it's another fun technology gadget that adds to their list of cool new toys. The New Motorola V750 has many great features. One is the ability to speed dial. The phone comes preprogrammed with the speed dial number 1 already assigned to your phone number. This number is also your voice mail. You can remove or change the speed dial number with just a few short keystrokes.


Instructions


Turn the Speed Dial Function to On


1. Go to the main screen on your phone and press the Center Select Key (M) to open the menu.


2. Scroll to Settings and Tools using the navigation keys and press the Center Select Key (M) again.


3. Scroll to Call Settings and press the Center Select Key (M) again.


4. Scroll to One Touch Dial and press the Center Select Key (M).


5. Scroll to On and press the Center Select Key (M).


Remove Speed Dial 1


6. Go to the contact number you would like to replace the voice mail number with or dial 0 if you want to remove the number altogether.


7. Press "1" and hold down for one second.


8. Press "OK" to save the entry.
