If you want to make a particular picture, like a star with a skull, appear on your phone, you can do so by downloading it to your smart phone from your computer using the free Windows program Windows Media Player, which comes with the operating system. WMP makes use of the data USB cable for your phone to transfer the image and make it available on your cell. Windows Media Player will work on systems such as Android and Nokia, and on many others, but not with some older Apple products.
Instructions
1. Navigate to a website with free skull and star pictures available.
2. Right-click on the picture you want and select "Save Image As." Name the picture, select a folder where you want it saved, and click "OK."
3. Connect your phone to your computer with the USB cord. Click "Start" on your desktop and select "Windows Media Player."
4. Drag the star with a skull image you saved to the "Sync List" under "Sync" in Windows Media Player.
5. Click "Start Sync" to make the image available on your phone.
