In addition, you can use the headset to listen to music files or video files stored on your phone. In order to use a wired headset with your LG phone, you need to connect it to the device.
Instructions
1. Open the headset jack cover on the phone. Depending on your model of phone, the headset jack may be located on the right, left, top or bottom side of the phone.
2. Slide the headset cable into the headset jack. Make sure the cable is fully inserted into the jack to ensure a proper connection. If there is resistance when plugging in the headset, flip the cord over. The cord must be inserted into the jack properly to prevent damage to the headset or the phone.
3. Test the connection by placing the headset in your ear and making a phone call or listening to a song.
4. Disconnect the headset from your phone by pulling it out of the headset jack.
